We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team and drive the sales function of our company. Position offers a retainer plus attractive commissions with possibility of growth across the board.
Essential Functions
As a Sales associate you will be in charge of the following: –
- Prospecting & closing in on project sales
- Accompanying clients for site visits and inspections
- Be the official representative of the company and ensure excellent customer service is given
- Be part of implementing the sales strategy laid in place
- Follow up on leads assigned to you by your supervisor
- Ensure you keep up to date with current real estate market trends by undertaking market intelligence and advising the company
- Start with your own leads acquired from previous experiences
- Ensure clients sign their offer letters & sales agreement on time
- Ensure monthly sales targets without fail
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of related 1 Years work experience in Sales, real estate will be an added advantage
- Minimum of Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing
- Excellent people’s skills
- Able to work well under pressure & with minimum supervision to meet targets
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent Computer Skills
- High levels of integrity
- Passionate about Sales
- Can think out of the box to ensure sales targets are achieved
