WEEE Centre is expanding and will offer services of safe e-waste management throughout Kenya. We are looking for results-driven Sales & Marketing Officers with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects and execute the organization’s marketing activities and campaigns.

Being pioneers in this business field requires us to do a lot of awareness raising, as well as guide the customer prospects to suitable solutions for handling of their e-waste. As one in our team you will also be an active part in establishing our new Collection Centres.
Responsibilities
- Present, promote and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, virtual and physical meetings.
- Handle and solve customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets.
- Coordinate sales and marketing efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze market potential and track sales.
- Contribute in implementing marketing strategies.
- Prepare content for marketing material and oversee distribution.
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
- Liaise with stakeholders to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence.
- Supply management with reports on sales and marketing results, customer needs/problems/interests, competitive activities and potential development of products and services.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of the new towns/regions.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and the most common social media platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM system practices.
- Ability to build productive and professional business relationships.
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to target group.
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and principles.
- Excellent organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills.
- A team player with a customer-oriented approach, creativity and commercial awareness.
- Education in business, marketing or a related field.
- Driver’s License
