We are looking for a dynamic Public Relations Account Executive (AE) to oversee multiple work streams, working with a passionate team on best-in-class work.
He/She should be: A detail-oriented communicator with an energetic presence and entrepreneurial spirit. Media savvy. Hungry to learn, deliver, evolve and try new tactics.
Responsibilities
· Contribute to creation of communications plans that meet client objectives
· Manage multiple projects from conception to completion, by anticipating challenges and ensuring deadline and budget adherence
· Build relationship with clients and colleague at all levels
· Consistently produce high quality internal and external communications content .
· Help plan and coordinate traditional and social media outreach programs
· Conduct frequent media outreach to generate editorial coverage across broadcast, print and digital for clients.
· Formulate PR measurement reports at a regular cadence.
· Commit to continuous learning; set and pursue stretch goals
· Demonstrate behaviors consistent with Uncharted PR’s values and Code of Ethics and Business Conduct
Basic Qualifications
· The account executive must have at least two years of relevant experience in public relations and/or related fields including research, advertising, management consulting, media, and publishing.
Qualifications
· The account executive should have a bachelor’s degree in a related field and a proven ability to manage multiple small or medium-sized projects simultaneously. They should be able to develop communications plans and implement public relations tactics. They should have strong research, writing, and editing and client interaction skills, perform well under pressure and be a team player.
