Role Summary:
Provide pleasant, friendly, and efficient customer care services to internal and external customers.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. To provide exemplary customer service to
internal and external customers.
2. To handle comprehensively all enquiries and
direct accordingly from within and externally in
a timely way.
3. Give support services to all staff to ensure good
customer service tour customers.
4. Ensure efficient and smooth operations of the front office.
5. Give feedback to the administrator on how to improve
customer care.
Qualification
1. Diploma in Business Administration or
Public Relations, Communication, Customer
Service from a recognized institution.
2. Two years working experience as a customer care assistant.
3. Excellent customer care and communication skills
4. Managing all front office operations
5. Be courteous and computer literate
6. Certificate of good conduct
